Hello,
I'm Kristel (36) from Tongeren, Belgium.
It’s my mission to guide you towards a more balanced lifestyle.
Since 2018 I have been working as a certified yoga teacher & Personal Coach.
In everything I do and teach, 'balance' is paramount: body and mind.
Together we can do this through yoga & mindfulness.
