Hello,

I'm Kristel from Tongeren, Belgium.

It’s my mission to guide you towards a more balanced lifestyle. 

Since 2018 I have been working as a certified yoga teacher & personal coach.

In everything I do and teach, 'balance' is paramount: body and mind.

Together we can do this through yoga & mindfulness.

For catering I have teamed up with Valerie from Nurtiring Food.
She offers devine soul food that is not only tasty, beautiful and colorful but also balanced and close to nature. She prioritizes organic, seasonal products direct from Zilt & Zoet permaculture farm. Valerie's dishes are macrobiotically inspired, fully plant-based, unless specific requests are made.
