Renting our Place
- Organise your event, workshop or retreat in Akasha -
The location is ideal as a space for workshops, courses or retreats.
However, it is also possible to rent for other activities, professional or private, that are in line with our vision.
When the location is rented (always for at least 2 days), it concerns the following areas:
- Temple room (incl. meditation cushions and 15 yoga mats)
- Living room (including wood for the stove)
- Kitchen (incl. cooking utensils and spices)
- Healing room (incl. massage table)
- 4 guest bedrooms (1 double room with private bathroom, 1 double room with shared bathroom), 1 dormitory with 6 beds, 1 triple room with private bathroom)
- Rooms on the top floor (1 triple rooms and 1 single room, all with shared bathroom)
We provide bed linen + towels for all beds
- Entire garden + field (including fire place, wood for a bonfire, outdoor shower, compost toilet and camping facilities)
- Spacious parking in the courtyard
In total there are 17 sleeping places + camping facilities for max. 8 people. However, the space in the living room and temple is limited. In the living room you can eat with max. 16 people, in the kitchen with max. 8 people. In the temple, the maximum number of participants depends on the activity. A meditation or ceremony could take place with max. 30 to 40 participants. For a yoga class (or other activity where personal room to move is necessary) we recommend a maximum number of 14 participants (+ teacher).

The retreat center has a spacious temple for yoga and workshops.
In our garden you can camp, do yoga, make a campfire, ...
Too cold for the garden? Then you can sit inside by the fireplace in the winter!
What does our team offer?
We offer a clean, open and energised space for your event. When you are renting the entire location is yours, with exception of 2 rooms of our team-members (not included in the list above). There are always 2 to 4 of our team-members staying long-term in their rooms at the upper floor. Our team is always ready to help out with wathever is necessary (Eg. in the kitchen), if that is desired. In return they should be able to join the meals.
What are we not offering?
- Cook and food ingredients
We are not providing catering ourselves, but in case you need a cook we are happy to share some of our favourite (health-food) cooks from the neighbourhood.
You can rent the entire domain for a minimum of 2 days/nights.
2 days/nights: €750 per day/night
3 or 4 days: €675 per day/night
5 or 6 days: €590 per day/night
7 to 14 days: €525 per day/night
The following services are included in the price:
- Internet connection
- Water costs
- Cleaning costs
From October to April €50 extra per day/night is charged for energy costs.
We request a guarantee in case of damage to the accommodation or loss of facilities.
Terms of Payment/Cancellation:
- After reservation €600 + €500 deposit must be paid
- The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 2 weeks before the start.
- Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 months before the event, only €250 administration costs will be charged. The rest of the advance + the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 2 months before the event, the deposit will be refunded, but the advance will not be refunded.
