Preparation​
Preparation for the Retreat (1 week before):
Participants are encouraged to gradually reduce their food intake in the week leading up to the retreat. They should focus on eating lighter, plant-based meals and drink plenty of water. It is also recommended to eliminate or reduce caffeine, sugar, animal fats, alcohol, smoking, drugs, and heavy meals in advance.

Day 1: water and herbal teas
Days 2–4: Dry fasting (for those capable) — no food, water, or liquids.
Dry fasting is here an initiation to pranic living
Day 5: Reintroduction with water, followed later by herbal teas

Your Guide

Kurt Mzungu will be fascilitating this retreat.
Kurt was born in Belgium and now married to his Kenyan wife Nyambura with 3 kids in Kenya. He was inspired by fasting, living in a monastery in Brazil in 2012 and discovered in Brazil also the 21-day process of living on light and prana. He did this process alone in nature in the Sierra Nevada in Colombia and felt totally in bliss. He repeated the process alone,back in Belgium. In 2017 in Africa, through vision, he deepened the process to a 40-day fasting and repeated it several times. In the spiritual healing church where he has been a singer since 2016, 7-day fasting is an integrated practice. Fasting is now part of his lifestyle and an inner calling to initiate and inspire others to the path of fasting, inner reflection and growth.
