Individual Retreat
Are you longing to rejuvenate and reconnect to yourself and nature?
In the Akasha Individual Retreat we offer you a peaceful place to retreat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, solitude as well as a nurturing community. You are welcome to use the temple room for your own yoga and meditation practice, read books from our library, enjoy the peace inside the center, spend time in nature during walks or bike rides, or simply do nothing. We will serve 3 organic vegan meals a day.

Meals
All meals are included and prepared with great care. We use organic ingredients and serve healthy, delicious, nutritious and well-balanced vegetarian and mainly vegan meals. For vegans, you will always have the option for pure vegan food. Let food be your medicine. Our cooks will be available to share their secrets with you upon request.
